Chicken Curry Salad

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and diced
- 2 tsp mustard
- ½ cup lite mayonnaise
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ½ onion, finely minced
- 1 apple, peeled and chopped
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup raisins
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to mix. Chill before serving.
